中南米のエクアドルから日本の行政関係への研修来日８名がありました。ＤＬ・デルタ航空で来日、成田空港乗り継ぎで大阪（伊丹）へ向かわれました。その中のお一人から、デルタ便の機内にカメラ（パナソニック・ブルーのケース、黒のカメラ）を忘れてきたとの連絡があり、航空会社へ確認し、現物を発見。翌日、代理で受取り無事本人へ発送しました。後日本人から「たいへんお世話になりありがとうございました」感謝メッセージをいただきました。
8 people from Ecuador visited Japan for a training at government-related organization. When they arrived at Narita for transit, one of the trainee realized he had forgotten camera in the airplane.However, they had to go to Osaka, so our staff contacted the airline and next day, the camera was found safely.We were able to return it to an owner who had already arrived at Osaka.Later, we got thanks message from Trainee.We hope their training will be good one and make a wonderful memory with that camera.
